     Sir William Robert Williams, 3rd Bt. was born on 23 February 1860.1 He was the son of Sir Frederick Martin Williams, 2nd Bt. and Mary Christian Law.2 He married Matilda Frances Beauchamp, daughter of Edmund Beauchamp Beauchamp, on 13 July 1881.1 He died on 16 May 1903 at age 43.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Williams, of Tregullow, Cornwall [U.K., 1866] on 3 September 1878.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Brigade, West Division, Royal Artillery.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Devon.1 He held the office of Member of the Cornwall County Council.1

Matilda Frances Beauchamp1

     Matilda Frances Beauchamp was the daughter of Edmund Beauchamp Beauchamp.2 She married Sir William Robert Williams, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Frederick Martin Williams, 2nd Bt. and Mary Christian Law, on 13 July 1881.1 She died on 25 May 1946.2
     She was awarded the Order of Elisabeth of Belgium.1 From 13 July 1881, her married name became Williams.

     Sir William Frederick Williams, 4th Bt. was born on 17 May 1886.1 He was the son of Sir William Robert Williams, 3rd Bt. and Matilda Frances Beauchamp.2 He died on 20 September 1905 at age 19, unmarried.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Williams, of Tregullow, Cornwall [U.K., 1866] on 16 May 1903.1

     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Williams, of Tregullow, Cornwall [U.K., 1866] on 20 September 1905.1

     Sir Burton Robert Williams, 6th Bt. was born on 7 July 1889.1 He was the son of Sir William Robert Williams, 3rd Bt. and Matilda Frances Beauchamp.2 He died on 3 October 1917 at age 28, killed in action.2
     He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Williams, of Tregullow, Cornwall [U.K., 1866] on 1 October 1913.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 3rd Battalion, Devon Regiment.1

Frances Maria Williams1

     Frances Maria Williams was the daughter of Sir William Robert Williams, 3rd Bt. and Matilda Frances Beauchamp.2 She married Captain John Franklin Richardson, son of Maj.-Gen. J. B. Richardson, on 29 June 1909.1 She and Captain John Franklin Richardson were divorced in 1926.1 She died on 27 March 1949, without issue.1
     From 29 June 1909, her married name became Richardson.

     Captain John Franklin Richardson is the son of Maj.-Gen. J. B. Richardson.2 He married Frances Maria Williams, daughter of Sir William Robert Williams, 3rd Bt. and Matilda Frances Beauchamp, on 29 June 1909.1 He and Frances Maria Williams were divorced in 1926.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Lincolnshire Regiment.1

     Sir Frederick Law Williams, 7th Bt. was born on 10 May 1863.1 He was the son of Sir Frederick Martin Williams, 2nd Bt. and Mary Christian Law.2 He married Emily Reid, daughter of William Reid, in 1899.1 He died on 20 December 1921 at age 58.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Dorset Regiment.1 He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Williams, of Tregullow, Cornwall [U.K., 1866] on 3 October 1917.1
