     Henry Paul Minchin was born on 1 September 1826.1 He was the son of Reverend William Minchin and Mary Anne Wright.1 He married Lavinia Fennell, daughter of Reverend Alfred Fennell, in 1872.1 He died on 15 August 1909 at age 82.1
