Eva Mary Salvin Bowlby1

     Eva Mary Salvin Bowlby was born on 13 July 1882.1 She was the daughter of Edward Salvin Bowlby and Elizabeth Vans Agnew.1 She married Admiral Roger John Brownlow Keyes, 1st Baron Keyes, son of General Sir Charles Patton Keyes and Katherine Jessie Norman, on 10 April 1906.1 She died on 30 August 1973 at age 91.2
     From 10 April 1906, her married name became Keyes.1 She was with the Civil Defence between 1939 and 1944.2 After her marriage, Eva Mary Salvin Bowlby was styled as Baroness Keyes on 22 January 1943. She was awarded the Queen Elisabeth of Belgium Red Cross Order.2
