     Stella Randall was the daughter of Reverend William Randall.1 She married Colonel Lord Brownlow Thomas Montagu Cecil, son of Brownlow Cecil, 2nd Marquess of Exeter and Isabella Poyntz, on 11 May 1896.1 She died on 6 February 1944.1
     From 11 May 1896, her married name became Cecil.1

     F/O Richard Francis Bain Cecil was born on 31 January 1902.1 He was the son of Richard William Francis Cecil and Jessie Bain.1 He married Marjorie Joan Lloyd-Evans, daughter of William Lloyd-Evans, on 28 September 1926.1 He died on 6 February 1929 at age 27, following a plane crash.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.1 He gained the rank of Flying Officer in the Royal Air Force.1
