     Anne Blood was born on 4 June 1801.² She was the daughter of Bindon Blood and Ann Burton.^1,2 She married George Stoney, son of James Johnston Stoney and Catherine Baker, in 1821.¹ She died on 29 October 1883 at age 82.²

     Bindon Blood was born on 17 March 1775.² He was the son of Colonel William Blood and Elizabeth Bindon.² He married, firstly, Ann Burton, daughter of Major Edward William Burton and Jane Blood, in May 1796.² He and Harriet Bagot obtained a marriage license on 27 December 1809, this was his second marriage.² He married, thirdly, Maria Hinckley.² He died on 27 January 1855 at age 79.²
     Bindon Blood also went by the nick-name of 'The Vampire'.² He held the office of High Sheriff in 1819.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)² He lived at Cranagher, County Clare, Ireland^G,² and at Rockforest, County Clare, Ireland^G.² In 1856 his collection of books and coins was sold at Sotherbys for £17,000.²

     George Johnstone Stoney was the son of George Stoney and Anne Blood.¹ He married Margaret Stoney, daughter of Robert Johnstone Stoney and Ann Smithwick, in 1863.¹ He died in July 1911.¹
