     Michael Bevan was born in 1787.1 He was the son of Henry Bevan and Amy Baker Furnell.1 He married Margaret Cooke, daughter of John Cooke and Mary Taylor, on 15 August 1808 in a childless marriage.1 He died in February 1847.1
     He lived at Camass House, Bruff, County Limerick, IrelandG.1

Major Henry Bevan1

     Major Henry Bevan was born on 9 September 1796.1 He was the son of Henry Bevan and Amy Baker Furnell.1 He married Mary Anne Curtis, daughter of James Curtis, on 30 October 1832.1 He died in 1846.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the 27th Madras Native Infantry.1 He wrote the book Thirty Years in India, published 1839.1

Mary Anne Curtis1

     Mary Anne Curtis was the daughter of James Curtis.1 She married Major Henry Bevan, son of Henry Bevan and Amy Baker Furnell, on 30 October 1832.1 She died on 23 July 1837 at IndiaG, of cholera.1
     From 30 October 1832, her married name became Bevan.1
