     Colonel Charles Walter Berkeley was born on 5 August 1867.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Frederick George Berkeley and Mary Louisa Dickson.1 He died on 11 August 1923 at age 56, unmarried.1
     He was educated at Rossall School, Fleetwood, Lancashire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Boer War in 1900.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Territorial Forces Reserve.1 He fought in the First World War between 1917 and 1918, where he was mentioned in despatches.1

     Lt.-Col. Arthur Mowbray Berkeley was born in 1870.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Frederick George Berkeley and Mary Louisa Dickson.1 He married Irene Lutwyche Waterlow, daughter of Sir Philip Hickson Waterlow, 2nd Bt. and Amy Grace Lutwyche, on 8 September 1903.1 He died on 23 March 1937.1
     He was Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve Officers' Decoration (V.D.)2 Chertsey.2 He lived the Almners.2 He was Indian Army (Res Offrs.)2 He was educated at Rossall School, Fleetwood, Lancashire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Indian Army Reserve of Officers.1 He was Assistant Director of Mesopotamia between 1914 and 1918.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.) in 1918.1 He was awarded the Royal Officers' Decoration (V.D.)2

Irene Lutwyche Waterlow1

     Irene Lutwyche Waterlow was born on 27 January 1881.2 She was the daughter of Sir Philip Hickson Waterlow, 2nd Bt. and Amy Grace Lutwyche.1,3 She married Lt.-Col. Arthur Mowbray Berkeley, son of Maj.-Gen. Frederick George Berkeley and Mary Louisa Dickson, on 8 September 1903.1 She died on 14 July 1948 at age 67.2
     From 8 September 1903, her married name became Berkeley.1

Sir Philip Hickson Waterlow, 2nd Bt.1

     Sir Philip Hickson Waterlow, 2nd Bt. was born on 30 October 1847.2 He was the son of Sir Sydney Hedley Waterlow, 1st Bt. and Anna Maria Hickson.3 He married, firstly, Amy Grace Lutwyche, daughter of Edgar Lutwyche, on 10 June 1869.2 He married, secondly, Laura Marie Jones, daughter of Frederick J. Jones, on 7 July 1898.2 He died on 20 September 1931 at age 83.2
     He held the office of Lieutenant of the City London.2 He was chairman of Waterlow and Sons.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kent.2 He was High Sheriff Surrey , Lieutenant City London in 1905.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Surrey in 1905.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Waterlow, of London [U.K., 1873] on 3 August 1906.1

     From 3 June 1930, her married name became Bardolph.1
