     Laurence Curran was born in 1751.¹ He was the son of James Curran and Sarah Philpot.¹ He married Anne Webb, daughter of John Webb, in 1782.¹ He died in 1814.¹

     Bridget Curran was born in 1756.¹ She was the daughter of James Curran and Sarah Philpot.¹ She married Garret Graham, son of George Graham, in 1779 at Newmarket, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹ She died in 1817.¹

     Mary Ann Hatton was born in 1800 at Liverpool, Lancashire, England^G.¹ She married John Bury Curran, son of James Curran and Ann Bury, on 5 May 1815 at Kaira, Bombay, India^G.¹ She died in 1833 at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^G.¹ She was buried at Bunnerong Cemetery, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^G.¹
     From 5 May 1815, her married name became Curran.¹ She and John Bury Curran emigrated along with their children to Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^G, arriving on September 1826 on board Orpheus.¹
