Douglas Hamilton-Gordon and Lady Ellen Susan Anne Douglas.1 He married, firstly, Edith Anne Bullock, daughter of Reverend Walter Trevelyan Bullock, on 7 July 1877.1 He married, secondly, Annie Amelia Arkcoll, daughter of William James Arkcoll, on 31 July 1929.1 He died on 24 April 1938 at age 85.1
     He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1920.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for London.1

     Her married name became Hamilton-Gordon.
