     Reverend Newdigate Poyntz was born circa 1752.1 He was the son of Newdigate Poyntz and Elizabeth Castleton.2 He married, secondly, Mary Bliss, daughter of Reverend Philip Bliss.2 He married, firstly, Jane Grey Williamson, daughter of Richard Williamson, on 7 May 1779.1 He died on 15 December 1825.2
     He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He was the Rector in 1777 at Tormarton, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1

     Jane Grey Williamson is the daughter of Richard Williamson.2 She married Reverend Newdigate Poyntz, son of Newdigate Poyntz and Elizabeth Castleton, on 7 May 1779.1
     From 7 May 1779, her married name became Poyntz.1

Reverend Nathaniel Poyntz1

     Reverend Nathaniel Poyntz was born on 12 August 1782.1 He was the son of Reverend Newdigate Poyntz and Jane Grey Williamson.2 He married Ann Jenkins, daughter of Richard Jenkins, on 18 September 1806.1 He died in March 1873 at age 90.1
     He was educated at St. Mary's Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He was the Vicar in 1813 at Methwold, Norfolk, EnglandG.1 In 1813 Norfolk.1 He was the Rector at Cranwich, EnglandG.1

     Ann Jenkins is the daughter of Richard Jenkins.2 She married Reverend Nathaniel Poyntz, son of Reverend Newdigate Poyntz and Jane Grey Williamson, on 18 September 1806.1
     From 18 September 1806, her married name became Poyntz.1

Sarah Jane Poyntz1

     Sarah Jane Poyntz was born on 18 August 1811.1 She was the daughter of Reverend Nathaniel Poyntz and Ann Jenkins.2 She married Robert Charles Nicholl Carne, son of Reverend Robert Carne and Elizabeth Carne, on 15 May 1838.1 She died on 15 January 1861 at age 49, without issue.1
     From 15 May 1838, her married name became Carne.1

Reverend Robert Carne1

     Reverend Robert Carne was born in 1763.2 He was the son of Whitlock Nicholl.3 He married, firstly, Mary Woodward before 1791.2 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Carne, daughter of Captain Charles Loder Carne, in 1800.3 He died on 10 December 1849 at Dunland House, Glamorgan, Wales.2
     He lived at Dimlands, Glamorgan, WalesG.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Glamorgan.3 He was given the name of Robert Nicholl at birth.2 He was Curate from 1788 to 1789 at Chevenage, Gloucestershire, England.2 He was Rector in 1795 at Port Eynon, Glamorgan, Wales.3 He was Curate in 1824 at Llanmaes, Glamorgan, Wales.2 In 1843 his name was legally changed to Robert Carne by Royal Licence.3,2

     Robert Charles Nicholl Carne was born in 1806.2 He was the son of Reverend Robert Carne and Elizabeth Carne.3,2 He married Sarah Jane Poyntz, daughter of Reverend Nathaniel Poyntz and Ann Jenkins, on 15 May 1838.1 He died on 24 November 1869.1
