     He was educated at St. Columba's College, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Riversdale, County Limerick, Ireland^G.¹

     Thomas John Pennefather lived at Marlow, Goold's Cross, County Tipperary, Ireland^G.¹

     Hortense Mary Pennefather was the daughter of Thomas John Pennefather.² She married Hugh Hamon George Massy, son of George Eyre Massy and Rose Gertrude de Moleyns, on 7 November 1894.¹ She died on 30 May 1930.¹
     From 7 November 1894, her married name became Massy.

     Hugh Hamon de Moleyns Massy was born on 20 August 1895.¹ He was the son of Hugh Hamon George Massy and Hortense Mary Pennefather.² He married Helen Violet Morgan, daughter of Allen Hamilton Morgan, on 3 October 1923.¹ He died in 1976.¹
     He was educated at Tipperary Grammar School, County Tipperary, Ireland^G.¹ He was educated at King Edward VI School, Stratford-on-Avon, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers.¹ He emigrated to South Africa^G arriving on 1923.¹

     Allen Hamilton Morgan was a practising solicitor.¹

     Helen Violet Morgan is the daughter of Allen Hamilton Morgan.² She married Hugh Hamon de Moleyns Massy, son of Hugh Hamon George Massy and Hortense Mary Pennefather, on 3 October 1923.¹
     From 3 October 1923, her married name became Massy.

     Hugh Allen Oliver Massy was born on 27 December 1926.¹ He is the son of Hugh Hamon de Moleyns Massy and Helen Violet Morgan.²
     He was educated at Michaelhouse School, Balgowan, Natal, South Africa^G.¹ He was a schoolmaster.¹ He lived in 2003 at Pietermaritzburg, Natal, South Africa^G.¹

     Evan Eyre Pennefather Massy was born on 9 September 1930.¹ He is the son of Hugh Hamon de Moleyns Massy and Helen Violet Morgan.² He married Lynette Marion Clark, daughter of Arthur Stuart Clark, on 7 August 1965.¹
     He was educated at Cordwalles School, Pietermaritzburg, Natal, South Africa^G.¹ He was educated at Estcourt High School, Estcourt, Natal, South Africa^G.¹ He lived in 2003 at 60 Maclean Street, Umkomaas, Natal, South Africa^G.¹

     Lynette Marion Clark is the daughter of Arthur Stuart Clark.² She married Evan Eyre Pennefather Massy, son of Hugh Hamon de Moleyns Massy and Helen Violet Morgan, on 7 August 1965.¹
     From 7 August 1965, her married name became Massy.
