Ann Clowes was born in 1744 at Hunt's Bank, Lancashire, England.1 She was the daughter of William Clowes.1 She married John Birch Peploe, son of Reverend Samuel Peploe and Elizabeth Birch, in October 1764.2,1 She died on 6 May 1820 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.1
