     Thomas Roe was born in June 1805.1 He married Deborah Oakley, daughter of Absalom Oakley, in 1829.1 He died on 21 January 1879 at age 73.1
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He held the office of Alderman of Derby.1 He held the office of Mayor of Derby between 1863 and 1865.1
