     Richard Wordsworth was born in 1733 at Sockbridge, Westmorland, EnglandG.2 He was the son of Richard Wordsworth and Mary Robinson.1 He married Elizabeth Favell, daughter of Redman Favell and Anne Wordsworth, on 25 June 1750, without her parent's consent.1,2 He died in 1794.2
     He was disinherited by his father.1 He lived at Whitehaven, Cumberland, EnglandG, collector of customs.1
