     Hon. Henry Arthur Hannen was born on 1 March 1861.1 He was the son of James Hannen, Baron Hannen and Mary Elizabeth Winsland.1 He married Mabel Gould, daughter of George Gould, on 30 November 1896.1
     He was a practising Barrister-at-Law.1 He lived at The Hall, West Farleigh, Kent, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kent.1

     Sir Matthew Wood, 1st Bt. was born on 2 June 1768.3 He was the son of William Wood.4 He married Maria Page, daughter of John Page, on 5 November 1795.3 He died on 25 September 1843 at age 75.3
     He held the office of Alderman of the City of London.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for the City of London.3 He held the office of Lord-Mayor of London between 1815 and 1817.2 He was created 1st Baronet Wood, of Hatherley House, co. Gloucester [U.K.] on 16 December 1837.3

Charlotte Moore1

     Charlotte Moore was the daughter of Major Edward Moore and Elizabeth Lynn.1,2 She married William Page Wood, 1st and last Baron Hatherley, son of Sir Matthew Wood, 1st Bt. and Maria Page, on 5 January 1830.1 She died on 10 November 1878.3 She was also reported to have died on 19 November 1878.1
     She was also known as Charlotte Moor.3 From 5 January 1830, her married name became Wood.1 After her marriage, Charlotte Moore was styled as Baroness Hatherley on 9 December 1868.
