     Hon. Mary Olivia Augusta Monsell was the daughter of Thomas William Gaston Monsell, 2nd Baron Emly and Frances Vincent de la Poer.1 She married Edmond James de Poher de la Poer, 1st Count de la Poer, son of John William Power and Frances Power, on 1 June 1881.1 She died on 11 May 1944.2
     She was appointed Dame of Grace, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (D.G.St.J.)1 She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)1 From 1 June 1881, her married name became de la Poer.

     Edmond James de Poher de la Poer, 1st Count de la Poer was born on 6 March 1841.1 He was the son of John William Power and Frances Power.2,1 He married Hon. Mary Olivia Augusta Monsell, daughter of Thomas William Gaston Monsell, 2nd Baron Emly and Frances Vincent de la Poer, on 1 June 1881.3 He died on 30 August 1915 at age 74.1
     He succeeded as the 18th Baron le Power and Coroghmore, co. Waterford [I., 1535] on 12 May 1851, de jure.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Waterford between 1863 and 1873.1 He was created 1st Count de la Poer [Papal States] on 19 August 1864.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Waterford.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Waterford in 1879.1 He was Private Chamberlain to HH Pope Pius IX.1 He held the office of HM Lieutenant for the County and city of Waterford in 1909.1 He lived at Gurteen le Poer, County Waterford, IrelandG.1

     George Henry Emmott was born on 28 September 1855.1 He was the son of Thomas Emmott and Hannah Barlow.1 He married Elizabeth Braithwaite, daughter of J. B. Braithwaite, on 24 August 1881.1 He died on 8 March 1916 at age 60.1
     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was admitted to Inner Temple entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.1 He was Queen Victoria Professor of Law in 1896 at Liverpool University, Liverpool, Lancashire, EnglandG.1 He was Dean of the Faculty of Law in 1903 at Liverpool University, Liverpool, Lancashire, EnglandG.1 He had two sons and three daughters.1
