John Cuffe, 1st Baron Desart1

     John Cuffe, 1st Baron Desart was the son of Agmondesham Cuffe and Anne Otway.1 He married, secondly, Dorothea Gorges, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Richard Gorges.1 He married, firstly, Margaret Hamilton, daughter of James Hamilton.1 He died in 1749.1
     He was created 1st Baron Desart, co. Kilkenny [Ireland] on 10 November 1733.1

     Mary Bess Hall was born on 23 July 1896 at Blue Springs, Missouri, U.S.A.G.1 She married Samuel Barmore Agnew, son of Larkin Calvin Agnew and Frances McMorris Bonds.1 She died on 15 October 1937 at age 41 at Bethany, Missouri, U.S.A.G.1
     Her married name became Agnew.1

     He had nineteen other children.1 He served under Cromwell, and received large grants of lands.1
