Sir William Luckyn, 1st Bt.1

     Sir William Luckyn, 1st Bt. was born in 1594.1 He was the son of William Luckyn and Margaret Jenny.2 He married, firstly, Mildred Capell, daughter of Sir Gamaliel Capell and Jane Browne, circa 1620.2 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Pynchon, daughter of Sir Edward Pynchon, on 1 December 1634.3 He died from 2 July 1658 to 28 February 1660/61.1
     He was created 1st Baronet Luckyn, of Little Waltham, co. Essex [England] on 2 March 1628/29.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Essex from 1637 to 1638.3

     From 20 January 1647/48, her married name became Luckyn.1
