     Frances Adelaide Villiers was the daughter of Reverend Henry Montagu Villiers and Lady Victoria Russell.2 She married, firstly, Arthur Francis Walrond, son of Theodore Walrond and Charlotte Elliot Grenfell, on 6 June 1893.1 She married, secondly, Colonel Charles William Ernest Duncombe, son of Hon. Cecil Duncombe and Eleanor Jane Mills, on 26 July 1910.2 She died on 3 July 1934.2
     From 6 June 1893, her married name became Walrond. From 26 July 1910, her married name became Duncombe.2
