     Frances Cholmeley was the daughter of Sir Montague Cholmeley, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Harrison.2,1 She married Sir Glynne Earle Welby-Gregory, 3rd Bt., son of Sir William Earle Welby, 2nd Bt. and Wilhelmina Spry, on 6 March 1828 at All Souls, Marylebone, London, EnglandG.3 She died on 9 October 1881.2
     From 6 March 1828, her married name became Welby. From 1861, her married name became Welby-Gregory.1
