     Robert Burrowes was the son of Thomas Burrowes and Jane Nesbitt.2 He married Sophia Story, daughter of Venerable Joseph Story.3
     He held the office of High Sheriff of County Cavan in 1773.3 He lived at Stradone House, County Cavan, IrelandG.3
