She died before 16 November 1614.3 She was buried on 16 November 1614 at Westminster Abbey, Westminster, London, EnglandG.4,5

     Humphrey Coningsby was born on 1 March 1515/16 at Hampton Court, Herefordshire, EnglandG.2 He was the son of Thomas Coningsby and Cecilia Salwey.2 He married, firstly, Anne Englefield, daughter of Sir Thomas Englefield and Elizabeth Throckmorton.2 He married, secondly, unknown wife (?)2 He died on 4 April 1559 at age 43.2 He was also reported to have died on 3 April 1558.3,4 His will was proven (by probate) on 24 October 1559.2 He was buried at Hope sub Dinmore, Herefordshire, EnglandG.4
     He lived at Hampton Court, Herefordshire, EnglandG.5 He lived at Nyend-Solers, Shropshire, EnglandG.5 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Herefordshire before 1554.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)2 He was Gentleman Treasurer and pensioner to Queen Elizabeth.4

     He was appointed Knight on 8 October 1591 by the Earl of Essex.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Hereford in 1593.3 He held the office of Sheriff of Herefordshire in 1598.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Hereford in 1601.3
