Captain George Bonham1

     Captain George Bonham was the son of Samuel Bonham and Sarah Richardson.1 He married, firstly, Paulina Lushington, daughter of William Lushington, on 18 March 1797.1 He and Paulina Lushington were divorced in June 1802.1 He married, secondly, Isabella Baines Woodgate, daughter of Robert Woodgate, on 28 October 1802.1 He died in 1810, in a typhoon in the China seas, while in command of the East Indiaman, True Briton.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Honourable East India Company Service.1

     Paulina Lushington was the daughter of William Lushington.1 She married Captain George Bonham, son of Samuel Bonham and Sarah Richardson, on 18 March 1797.1 She and Captain George Bonham were divorced in June 1802.1
     From 18 March 1797, her married name became Bonham.1

     Isabella Baines Woodgate was the daughter of Robert Woodgate.1 She married Captain George Bonham, son of Samuel Bonham and Sarah Richardson, on 28 October 1802.1 She died on 18 June 1852.1
     From 28 October 1802, her married name became Bonham.1

     Sir Samuel George Bonham, 1st Bt. was born on 7 September 1803.1 He was the son of Captain George Bonham and Isabella Baines Woodgate.1 He married Ellen Emelia Barnard, daughter of Thomas Barnard, on 16 June 1846.1 He died on 8 October 1863 at age 60.1
     He held the office of Governor and Commander-in-Chief of Hong Kong in 1847.1 He held the office of Governor of Singapore.1 He held the office of Governor of Malacca.1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in 1850.1 He held the office of Governor of Prince of Wales's Island.1 He was created 1st Baronet Bonham [U.K.] on 27 November 1852.1 He was Plenipotentiary and Chief Superintendent of British trade in China in 1853.1

     Joseph Ferdinand Emilie Graaf d'Oultremont de Wégimont, Heer van Drunen was born on 27 February 1797 at Kleve, Germany.2 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Ferdinand Louis François Michel Graaf d'Oultremont de Wégimont, Comte d'Oultremont de Wégimont and Johanna Susanna Hartsinck.2 He married Isabella Charlotte Bonham, daughter of Captain George Bonham and Isabella Baines Woodgate.1 He died on 11 April 1869 at age 72 at Brussels, Belgium.2
     He lived at BelgiumG.1
