     May Adams was born on 5 March 1919.1,2 She was the daughter of Caroline Adams.1 She married Henry Gilbert Campbell Quintal, son of Stephen Christian Quintal and Annie Elizabeth Adams, in 1938.1 She died on 22 March 2011 at age 92.2 She was buried at Norfolk Island Cemetery, Kingston, Norfolk ISland.2
     From 1938, her married name became Quintal.1

     Byron George Quintal was born on 24 March 1895 at Norfolk IslandG.1 He was the son of Joseph Atkins Quintal and Amy Arabella Adams.1 He married Elizabeth Laverty McCoy, daughter of Philip McCoy and Mary Buffett Christian, in 1920 at Norfolk IslandG.3 He died circa 19 October 1929, without issue.3 He was buried on 22 October 1929 at Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.4
     He fought in the First World War, with the 1st and 53rd Battalions.3 He was awarded the Distinguished Conduct Medal (D.C.M.)3
