     James FitzGerald, 6th Earl of Desmond was the son of Gerald fitz Maurice, 3rd Earl of Desmond and Lady Eleanor Butler.2 He married Mary de Burgh, daughter of Ulick mac Richard de Burgh. He died in 1462/63 at MocollopG.3
     He gained the title of 6th Earl of Desmond.

     He gained the title of 9th Earl of Desmond.1

     Thomas FitzJames FitzGerald, 7th Earl of Desmond was the son of James FitzGerald, 6th Earl of Desmond and Mary de Burgh.1,2 He married Ellice Barry, daughter of William Barry, 8th Lord Barry and Ellen de la Roche, before 1454. He died on 15 February 1467/68 at Drogheda, County Louth, IrelandG, beheaded.1
     He succeeded as the 7th Earl of Desmond.1

     Ellice Barry is the daughter of William Barry, 8th Lord Barry and Ellen de la Roche.1 She married, firstly, Thomas FitzJames FitzGerald, 7th Earl of Desmond, son of James FitzGerald, 6th Earl of Desmond and Mary de Burgh, before 1454. She married, secondly, Maurice 'Mor' FitzGibbon, 6th White Knight, son of John FitzGibbon, 5th White Knight and Margaret O'Brien, after 1468.
     From before 1454, her married name became FitzGerald.1 From after 1468, her married name became FitzGibbon.2

     Mary de Burgh was the daughter of Ulick mac Richard de Burgh.1 She married James FitzGerald, 6th Earl of Desmond, son of Gerald fitz Maurice, 3rd Earl of Desmond and Lady Eleanor Butler. She died in 1435.1
     Her married name became FitzGerald.1

     She was also known as Alianore le Botiller.3

     Katherine Aylmer is the daughter of James Aylmer.1 She married, secondly, Colonel John Butler, son of Colonel Hon. Richard Butler and Lady Frances Tuchet.2 She married, firstly, Sir Nicholas Plunkett, son of Christopher Plunkett, 8th Lord Killeen and Genet Dillon.2
     Her married name became Plunkett.2 Her married name became Butler.1

     Sir John Meade was the son of John Meade.1 He married Catherine Sarsfield, daughter of Dominck Sarsfield, 1st Viscount Sarsfield of Kilmallock and Joan Terry, circa 22 February 1611.1 He died on 28 September 1629.1
     He lived at Ballintubber, County Cork, IrelandG.1 He was appointed Knight in 1623.1
