     Lady Charlotte Percy was born on 3 June 1776.2 She was the daughter of Algernon Percy, 1st Earl of Beverley and Susan Isabella Burrell.1 She married George Ashburnham, 3rd Earl of Ashburnham, son of John Ashburnham, 2nd Earl of Ashburnham and Elizabeth Crowley, on 25 July 1795 at Orwell Park, Ipswich, Suffolk, EnglandG.1 She died on 26 November 1862 at age 86 at Eaton Square, London, EnglandG.2
     Her married name became Ashburnham. After her marriage, Lady Charlotte Percy was styled as Countess of Ashburnham on 8 April 1812.

     Desmond Francis Forbes Adam was born on 27 January 1926.1 He was the son of Colin Gurden Forbes Adam and Hon. Irene Constance Lawley.2 He married Hon. Vivien Elizabeth Mosley, daughter of Sir Oswald Ernald Mosley, 6th Bt. and Lady Cynthia Blanche Curzon, on 15 January 1949.1 He died on 3 January 1958 at age 31, as the result of a car accident.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at King's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1

     Lady Emily Charlotte Percy was born circa 1787. She was the daughter of Algernon Percy, 1st Earl of Beverley and Susan Isabella Burrell.2 She married Andrew Mortimer Drummond, son of George Drummond and Martha Harley, on 25 July 1808.1 She died on 22 May 1877.1
     Her married name became Drummond. On 16 March 1865 she was granted the rank of a duke's daughter by Royal Licence.2

     Margaret Davidson was the daughter of Sir David Davidson.2 She married, firstly, Rt. Hon. Sir Robert Grant, son of Charles Grant and Jane Fraser, on 11 August 1829.1 She married, secondly, Lord Josceline William Percy, son of George Percy, 5th Duke of Northumberland and Louisa Harcourt Stuart-Wortley, on 8 August 1848.1 She died on 19 June 1885.1
     From 11 August 1829, her married name became Grant.1 Her married name became Percy.

     Lady Elizabeth Cavendish was the daughter of William Cavendish, 2nd Duke of Devonshire and Rachel Russell.1 She married Sir Thomas Lowther, 2nd Bt., son of Sir William Lowther, 1st Bt. and Catherine Preston, on 2 July 1723.4 She died on 7 November 1747.4
     Her married name became Lowther.

     Tuppina Cecily Bennet was the daughter of Captain Geoffrey Henry Bennet and Cecily Clayton Swan.1 She married, thirdly, Commander Alistair Littledale.2 She married, firstly, James Hugh William Lowther, 7th Earl of Lonsdale, son of Anthony Edward Lowther, Viscount Lowther and Muriel Frances Farrar, on 18 June 1945.1 She and James Hugh William Lowther, 7th Earl of Lonsdale were divorced in 1954.1 She died in 1984.1
     Her married name became Littledale.1 Her married name became Lowther. After her marriage, Tuppina Cecily Bennet was styled as Countess of Lonsdale on 6 October 1949.

     Hugh Clayton Lowther, 8th Earl of Lonsdale was born on 27 May 1949.1 He was the son of James Hugh William Lowther, 7th Earl of Lonsdale and Tuppina Cecily Bennet.1 He married, firstly, Pamela Colleen Middleton, daughter of John Middleton, on 2 October 1971.1 He married, secondly, Angela Mary Wyatt, daughter of Captain Peter J. Wyatt, in 1986.1 He married, thirdly, Elizabeth Margaret Arniston, daughter of Stanley Frazer Arniston, in 1999.2 He died on 22 June 2021 at age 72.2
     He adopted Oliver Lowther The donor for the artifical insemination was not Oliver's father, Hugh Lowther. Therefore Oliver does not stand in succession to his father's titles.3 He was styled as Viscount Lowther between 1953 and 2006.1 He lived in 2003 at Towcett House, Newby, Cumbria, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 8th Earl of Lonsdale, co.
