     Parsons Persse was born in 1740 at Roxborough House, County Galway, Ireland^G.^1,2 He was the son of Robert Persse and Elizabeth Parsons.¹ He married Elizabeth Fetherston, daughter of Robert Fetherston, on 9 June 1770.¹ He died before 25 September 1820.¹
     He matriculated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, on 4 July 1754.

     Elizabeth Fetherston was born in 1755.² She was the daughter of Robert Fetherston.³ She married Parsons Persse, son of Robert Persse and Elizabeth Parsons, on 9 June 1770.¹ She died on 25 September 1820 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹
     From 9 June 1770, her married name became Persse.¹

     Sarah Persse was born before 1748 at Roxborough House, County Galway, Ireland^G.² She was the daughter of Robert Persse and Elizabeth Parsons.¹ She married Sir Richard St. George, 1st Bt., son of George St. George and Elizabeth Bligh, on 27 July 1764.³ She died in July 1798 at Merrion Square, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ She was also reported to have died in 1789.⁴
     From 27 July 1764, her married name became St. George.²

     Sir Richard St. George, 1st Bt. was born circa 1720.¹ He was the son of George St. George and Elizabeth Bligh.¹ He married Sarah Persse, daughter of Robert Persse and Elizabeth Parsons, on 27 July 1764.² He died on 25 February 1789 at Woodsgift, County Kilkenny, Ireland^G.¹
     He was created 1st Baronet St. George, of Athlone, co. Westmeath [Ireland] on 12 March 1766.¹

     George St. George was born on 2 July 1682.² He was the son of Henry St. George and Anne Hatfield.³ He and Elizabeth Bligh obtained a marriage license on 16 June 1715.¹ He died on 23 December 1762 at age 80.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)² He lived at Woodsgift, County Kilkenny, Ireland.²

     Elizabeth Bligh is the daughter of Rt. Hon. Thomas Bligh and Elizabeth Naper.¹ She and George St. George obtained a marriage license on 16 June 1715.¹
     From 16 June 1715, her married name became St. George.¹

     Rt. Hon. Thomas Bligh was born circa 1654.² He was the son of John Bligh and Catherine Fuller.³ He married Elizabeth Naper, daughter of Colonel James Naper and Dorothy Petty, on 9 December 1682.² He died on 28 August 1710.²
     In 1668 he was granted large tracts of land in Ireland.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Meath [Ireland] between 1695 and 1710.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) in 1704.⁴ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)⁴ He lived at Rathmore, County Meath, Ireland^G.¹

     Elizabeth Persse was born on 23 August 1766 at Roxborough House, County Galway, Ireland^G.¹ She was the daughter of William Persse and Sarah Blakeney.¹ She married Edward Worth Newenham, son of Sir Edward Newenham and Grace Anna Burton, in 1787.¹ She died on 12 July 1831 at age 64 at Boulogne sur Mer, France.
     From 1787, her married name became Newenham.¹

     Edward Worth Newenham was born on 6 September 1762.¹ He was the son of Sir Edward Newenham and Grace Anna Burton.³ He married Elizabeth Persse, daughter of William Persse and Sarah Blakeney, in 1787.¹ He died on 15 March 1832 at age 69 at Boulogne sur Mer, France.²
