     Major Sir Arthur James Robert Collins was born in 1911.2 He was the son of Colonel William Fellowes Collins and Lady Evelyn Anne Innes-Ker.1,2 He married Elizabeth Mary Bromley, daughter of Rear-Admiral Sir Arthur Bromley, 8th Bt. and Laura Mary Dunsmuir, on 27 October 1965.1 He died on 28 December 2000.3
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Horse Guards.1 He was a senior partner with Withers and Company.4 He was appointed Knight Commander, Royal Victorian Order (K.C.V.O.) in 1980.1,4

     Lieutenant Herbert Assheton Bromley was born on 16 October 1879.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Bromley, 5th Bt. and Adela Augusta Richards.1 He died on 24 April 1915 at age 35, killed in action.1
     He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 7th Canadian Infantry British Columbia Regiment.1

     Charles Robert Tryon was born in 1857.2 He was the son of Admiral Robert Tryon and Lelia Sophia Skipwith.1 He married Esther Bromley, daughter of Sir Henry Bromley, 5th Bt. and Adela Augusta Richards, on 9 May 1905.1 He died on 21 October 1916.2

     Brigadier Charles Edward Tryon-Wilson was born on 20 September 1909.2 He is the son of Charles Robert Tryon and Esther Bromley.2 He married, secondly, Rosemary Lucas.2 He married, firstly, Cicely Joan Whitworth, daughter of Captain Henry Whitworth, on 5 June 1937.2
     He was given the name of Charles Edward Tryon at birth.2 He was educated at Shawnigan Lake School, Shawnigan Lake, British Columbia, Canada.2 He was educated at Trinity College, Glenalmond, Perthshire, Scotland.2 He was 60th Rifles , Royal Fusiliers 1930–36 and 1938–46, WW II (despatches twice), Brigadier in 1927.2 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.2 He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1943.2 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1944.2 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1945.2 On 28 December 1951 his name was legally changed to Charles Edward Tryon-Wilson by Royal Warrant.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Westmorland between 1971 and 1974.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Cumbria in 1974.2 In 2001 (an unknown value.)2

     Cicely Joan Whitworth was the daughter of Captain Henry Whitworth.1 She married Brigadier Charles Edward Tryon-Wilson, son of Charles Robert Tryon and Esther Bromley, on 5 June 1937.1 She died on 14 March 1969.1
     From 5 June 1937, her married name became Tryon.1 From 28 December 1951, her married name became Tryon-Wilson.1

     Cicely Susan Esther Tryon-Wilson was born on 23 November 1938.2 She is the daughter of Brigadier Charles Edward Tryon-Wilson and Cicely Joan Whitworth.2 She married, firstly, Timothy Francis Villiers-Smith, son of Stephen Francis Villiers-Smith and Olivia Mary James, on 25 January 1961.1 She and Timothy Francis Villiers-Smith were divorced in 1969.1 She married, secondly, John M. W. Newman, son of A. C. Newman, in 1970.2
     Her married name became Villiers-Smith. From 1970, her married name became Newman.2
