Captain Schomberg Kerr1

     Captain Schomberg Kerr was born on 11 January 1861.1 He was the son of Colonel Robert Dundas Kerr and Harriett Marianne Arnold.1 He married, firstly, Ada Jessie Wilson, daughter of J. Wilson, in 1884.1 He married, secondly, Rosa Williamina Dymock, daughter of Archibald Dymock, on 11 October 1904.1 He died on 23 September 1930 at age 69.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Rifle Brigade.1

     Ada Jessie Wilson was the daughter of J. Wilson.1 She married Captain Schomberg Kerr, son of Colonel Robert Dundas Kerr and Harriett Marianne Arnold, in 1884.1 She died in 1896.1

     Rosa Williamina Dymock was the daughter of Archibald Dymock.1 She married Captain Schomberg Kerr, son of Colonel Robert Dundas Kerr and Harriett Marianne Arnold, on 11 October 1904.1 She died on 19 July 1926.1

Commander Charles Lester Kerr1

     Commander Charles Lester Kerr was born on 16 November 1886.1,2 He was the son of Captain Schomberg Kerr and Ada Jessie Wilson.1 He married, firstly, Innes Margaret Annie Chapman, daughter of Colonel P. Archer Chapman, on 21 November 1908.1 He married, secondly, Dorothea Blanchard Reeves, daughter of Captain Isaac Reeves, on 16 April 1953.1 He died on 29 October 1965 at age 78.1
     He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.1 He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1 He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and September 1940, where he was severely wounded.1 He was awarded the Croix de Guerre.1

     Mark Barrington Kerr was born on 22 August 1910. He was the son of Commander Charles Lester Kerr and Innes Margaret Annie Chapman.1 He died on 11 April 1982 at age 71 at Bournemouth, Dorset, England.2
     He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Artillery.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He was Principal of the Overseas Department, Bank of England.1

     Dorothea Blanchard Reeves was the daughter of Captain Isaac Reeves.1 She married, firstly, Captain Martin Martin-Smith before 1953.1 She married, secondly, Commander Charles Lester Kerr, son of Captain Schomberg Kerr and Ada Jessie Wilson, on 16 April 1953.1 She died in 1970.
     From before 1953, her married name became Martin-Smith.1 Her married name became Kerr.
