She married Alfred Rudolf Maria Egmont Prinz zur Lippe-Weissenfeld, son of Egmont Graf zur Lippe-Weissenfeld and Karola Baronin von Stillfried und Rathenitz, on 30 July 1917 at Bleiburg, Carinthia, Austria^G. She died on 27 July 1972 at age 76.
