     Major Hugh Edmund Ethelston Peel was born on 13 November 1871. He was the son of Edmund Peel and Henrietta Margaret Williams. He married Gwladys Freda Rowley-Conwy, daughter of Conwy Grenville Hercules Rowley-Conwy and Marian Harford, on 25 February 1892. He died on 25 June 1950 at age 78.
     He lived at Bryn-y-Pys, Ellesmere, Shropshire, England.¹ He lived at Bryn-y-pys, Flintshire, Wales.²

     Gwladys Freda Rowley-Conwy was born circa 1873 at London, England.¹ She was the daughter of Conwy Grenville Hercules Rowley-Conwy and Marian Harford.¹ She married Major Hugh Edmund Ethelston Peel, son of Edmund Peel and Henrietta Margaret Williams, on 25 February 1892. She died on 14 August 1931.²
      Her married name became Peel.

     Edmund Owen Ethelston Peel was born on 13 July 1893. He was the son of Major Hugh Edmund Ethelston Peel and Gwladys Freda Rowley-Conwy.¹ He married Violet Margaret Florence Jardine, daughter of Sir Robert William Buchanan Jardine of Castlemilk, 2nd Bt. and Ethel Mary Piercy, on 18 November 1919.¹ He and Violet Margaret Florence Jardine were divorced in 1927.¹ He died on 21 March 1935 at age 41.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 5th Dragoon Guards.¹ He was decorated with the award of the Military Cross (M.C.).¹

     Violet Margaret Florence Jardine was the daughter of Sir Robert William Buchanan Jardine of Castlemilk, 2nd Bt. and Ethel Mary Piercy.¹ She married, firstly, Edmund Owen Ethelston Peel, son of Major Hugh Edmund Ethelston Peel and Gwladys Freda Rowley-Conwy, on 18 November 1919.¹ She and Edmund Owen Ethelston Peel were divorced in 1927.¹ She married, secondly, John Drummond, 15th Lord Strange, son of Malcolm Menzies and Hon. Geraldine Margaret Amherst Hackney, on 8 February 1928.¹ She died on 16 October 1975.²
     She was formerly wife of Captain Edmund Owen Ethelston Peel.² She was Military Cross (M.C.).² From 18 November 1919, her married name became Peel. From 8 February 1928, her married name became Drummond.²

     Hugh William Jardine Ethelston Peel was born on 7 October 1920. He was the son of Edmund Owen Ethelston Peel and Violet Margaret Florence Jardine. He married Leila Mary Cookson on 31 October 1942. He died on 17 February 1945 at age 24, from wounds received in action.
     He fought in the Second World War.

     Leila Mary Cookson married Hugh William Jardine Ethelston Peel, son of Edmund Owen Ethelston Peel and Violet Margaret Florence Jardine, on 31 October 1942.
      Her married name became Peel.

     Sarah Anne Ethelston Peel was born on 14 September 1943. She is the daughter of Hugh William Jardine Ethelston Peel and Leila Mary Cookson.

     Charles Wicksted Ethelston Peel was born in 1873. He was the son of Edmund Peel and Henrietta Margaret Williams. He died in 1873.

     Herbert Wicksted Ethelston Peel was born on 4 November 1881. He was the son of Edmund Peel and Henrietta Margaret Williams. He married Muriel Kennedy in 1903. He died on 13 March 1915 at age 33, killed in action.
     He fought in the First World War.
