     Charles Augustus Trevelyon Perceval was born on 19 July 1848.1 He was the son of Frederick James Perceval and Emma Gilbert.1 He married Annie Evison, daughter of Thomas Evison, on 2 April 1890.1 He died on 5 January 1898 at age 49.1
