Claud Anson and Lady Clodagh Beresford.1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Albinia Campbell, daughter of Captain Sir Harold George Campbell and Violet Albinia Lucy Stephens, on 24 June 1935.1 He and Elizabeth Albinia Campbell were divorced in 1946.1 He married, secondly, Anninia Silj, daughter of Marchese unknown Sili, on 8 June 1946.1 He died on 24 October 1991 at age 83.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the Rifle Brigade.1
