     Hon. Anthony Leopold Colyer Monckton was born on 25 September 1960. He is the son of Gilbert Walter Riversdale Monckton, 2nd Viscount Monckton of Brenchley and Marianna Laetitia Bower.

     Hon. Rosamond Mary Monckton was born on 26 October 1953. She is the daughter of Gilbert Walter Riversdale Monckton, 2nd Viscount Monckton of Brenchley and Marianna Laetitia Bower. She married, secondly, John Julius Cooper, 2nd Viscount Norwich, son of Alfred Duff Cooper, 1st Viscount Norwich and Lady Diana Olivia Winifred Maud Manners, on 14 June 1989.
