     William C. McAdam Eccles was born on 4 August 1867.¹ He was the son of William Soltau Eccles and Anna Selina Campbell McAdam.² He married Anna Coralie Anstie, daughter of Edward Benjamin Anstie and Suzanne Henriette Vaucher, on 12 June 1894.¹ He died on 30 May 1946 at age 78.²
     He graduated with a Master of Surgery (M.S.)¹ He was a consulting surgeon at St. Bartholomew's Hospital, Westminster, London, England^G.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons (F.R.C.S.)¹

     Anna Coralie Anstie was the daughter of Edward Benjamin Anstie and Suzanne Henriette Vaucher.^2,1 She married William C. McAdam Eccles, son of William Soltau Eccles and Anna Selina Campbell McAdam, on 12 June 1894.¹ She died on 3 November 1930.¹
