She was the daughter of Sir Arthur Edward Ian Montagu Russell, 6th Bt. and Aileen Kerr Pechell.¹ She married Patrick Owen Alexander Davison, 2nd Baron Broughshane, son of William Henry Davison, 1st Baron Broughshane and Beatrice Mary Roberts, on 9 October 1929.¹ She died on 20 November 1994 at age 89.²
      From 9 October 1929, her married name became Davison.¹ As a result of her marriage, Bettine Russell was styled as Baroness Broughshane on 19 January 1954.

     Cornélie de Bruign is the daughter of Major Jacques de Bruign. She married Sir Arthur Edward Ian Montagu Russell, 6th Bt., son of Sir George Russell, 4th Bt. and Constance Charlotte Elisa Lennox, on 7 June 1922. She and Sir Arthur Edward Ian Montagu Russell, 6th Bt. were divorced in 1932.
