He is the son of Godfrey Edward Miller Mundy and Mollie Ethel Gertrude Buck.1 He married Bridget Eileen Suzanne Smiley, daughter of Hubert Stewart Smiley and Elsie Hope Gill, on 31 January 1952.1 He and Bridget Eileen Suzanne Smiley were divorced in 1966.1
     Major Edward Peter Godfrey Miller Mundy usually went by his middle name of Peter.1 He was decorated with the award of Military Cross (M.C.).1

     Her married name became Cole. As a result of her marriage, Irene Frances Mundy was styled as Countess of Enniskillen on 28 April 1924.

     John Henry Michael Cole, 5th Earl of Enniskillen was born on 10 September 1876.1 He was the son of Lowry Egerton Cole, 4th Earl of Enniskillen and Charlotte Marion Baird.1 He married, firstly, Irene Frances Mundy, daughter of Alfred Edward Miller Mundy and Catherine Louisa Cradock-Hartopp, on 11 April 1907.1 He and Irene Frances Mundy were divorced in 1931.1 He married, secondly, Mary Cicely Nevill, daughter of Hugh Nevill, on 4 May 1932.1 He died on 19 February 1963 at age 86.1
     John Henry Michael Cole, 5th Earl of Enniskillen was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 7th Hussars.1 He fought in the Boer War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Northern Ireland Horse.1 He gained the rank of First World War in the service of the where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He was invested as a Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1916.1 He was Aide-de-Camp to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland in 1918.1 He succeeded to the title of 6th Baron Mountflorence of Florence Court, co. Fermanagh [I., 1760] on 28 April 1924.1 He succeeded to the title of 5th Viscount Enniskillen, co. Fermanagh [I., 1776] on 28 April 1924.1 He succeeded to the title of 4th Baron Grinstead, of Grinstead, co. Wilts [U.K., 1815] on 28 April 1924.1 He succeeded to the title of 5th Earl of Enniskillen [I., 1789] on 28 April 1924.1

She married, firstly, Major Thomas Syers before 1932.1 She married, secondly, John Henry Michael Cole, 5th Earl of Enniskillen, son of Lowry Egerton Cole, 4th Earl of Enniskillen and Charlotte Marion Baird, on 4 May 1932.1 She died on 18 July 1963.1
     From before 1932, her married name became Syers.1 As a result of her marriage, Mary Cicely Nevill was styled as Countess of Enniskillen on 4 May 1932. From 4 May 1932, her married name became Cole.
