     Major Ralph Henry Sneyd was baptised on 11 December 1784 at Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland.2 He was the son of Reverend Wetenhall Sneyd and Margaret Cullen.2 He married Jane Robina Dunbar.2 He died on 16 December 1840 at age 56 at Mattingley, Hampshire, England.2
     He gained the rank of Major in the Bengal Cavalry.2 He lived at Mattingley Lodge, Hampshire, England.2

     Major George Louis Steuart Ward was born on 2 April 1869.1 He was the son of Sir William Erskine Ward and Alicia Caroline Palmer.1 He married Alice Muriel Harrison, daughter of George Denis Browne Harrison and Frances Tazeena Waller, on 24 April 1905.1 He died in 1920.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the Indian Army.1
