     Sir William Cross, 2nd Bt. was born on 28 May 1877.2 He was the son of Sir Alexander Cross, 1st Bt. and Jessie Mackenzie Coats.1 He married Sheila Moffit, daughter of Gilbert Moffit, on 12 April 1939.2 He died on 5 December 1947 at age 70, without issue.2
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Cross, of Marchbankwood, Dumfries-shire and of the City of Glasgow [U.K., 1912] on 13 February 1914.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the City of Glasgow.2

     Sir Alexander Cross, 3rd Bt. was born on 4 April 1880.1 He was the son of Sir Alexander Cross, 1st Bt. and Jessie Mackenzie Coats.1 He died on 12 May 1963 at age 83.2
     He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1905 entitled to practise as a barrister-at-law.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Cross, of Marchbankwood, Dumfries-shire and of the City of Glasgow [U.K., 1912] on 5 December 1947.1 On his death his baronetcy became extinct.2

     Sir Harry Mallaby Mallaby-Deeley, 1st Bt. was born on 27 October 1863.1 He was the son of W. Clarke Deeley and Elizabeth Mallaby.1 He married, firstly, Joan Parson-Smith, daughter of J. Parson-Smith, on 21 August 1890.1 He married, secondly, Edith Maud Shoebridge, daughter of William John George Shoebridge, on 9 December 1935.1 He died on 4 February 1937 at age 73.1
     He was given the name of Harry Mallaby Deeley at birth.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Law (LL.M.)1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Middlesex, Harrow Division between 1910 and 1918.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for East Willesden between 1918 and 1923.1 On 15 June 1922 his name was legally changed to Harry Mallaby Mallaby-Deeley by Deed Poll.1 He was created 1st Baronet Mallaby-Deeley, of Mitcham Court, co. Surrey [U.K.] on 28 June 1922.1
