     Edward Aston Charles Marie Blount was born on 2 January 1874.1 He was the son of Henry Edmund Blount and Marguerite Marie Hyacinthe de la Rochette.1 He married Clara Marie Anne Ghislaine de Bassano, daughter of unknown de Bassano, Duc de Bassano, on 27 February 1897.1 He died on 4 February 1953 at age 79.1
     Edward Aston Charles Marie Blount held the office of County Alderman for Sussex.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Sussex.1 He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1920.1 He was Honorary Attaché to Brussels.1 He was Honorary Attaché to St. Petersburg.1
