     Lt.-Col. Charles Williamson was born on 1 September 1833 at Whitburn Hall, England.1 He was the son of Sir Hedworth Williamson, 7th Bt. and Hon. Anne Elizabeth Liddell.1 He married Isabella Henrietta Shipperdson, daughter of Edmund H. Shipperdson, on 20 April 1871.1 He died on 4 March 1877 at age 43, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 60th Rifles.1

Isabella Henrietta Shipperdson1
