     General Arthur Newbolt Rich was born on 8 March 1821.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Henry Rich, 2nd Bt. and Frances Maria Lethbridge.¹ He married Jane Albertina Frederica Hill, daughter of Frederick Hill, on 8 March 1849.¹ He died on 11 February 1912 at age 90.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Winchester.¹ He gained the rank of General in the 33rd Madras Native Infantry.¹

     Jane Albertina Frederica Hill was the daughter of Frederick Hill.¹ She married General Arthur Newbolt Rich, son of Sir Charles Henry Rich, 2nd Bt. and Frances Maria Lethbridge, on 8 March 1849.¹ She died on 21 March 1882.¹
     From 8 March 1849, her married name became Rich.¹

     Frederick Hill lived at Southampton, Hampshire, England.¹

     Reverend Charles Frederic Rich was born on 16 December 1851.¹ He was the son of General Arthur Newbolt Rich and Jane Albertina Frederica Hill.¹ He married Charlotte Mary Longcroft, daughter of Charles John Longcroft, on 23 April 1879.¹ He died on 7 October 1883 at age 31.¹
     He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was Vicar at Swaffham, Norfolk, England.¹

     Charlotte Mary Longcroft is the daughter of Charles John Longcroft.¹ She married Reverend Charles Frederic Rich, son of General Arthur Newbolt Rich and Jane Albertina Frederica Hill, on 23 April 1879.¹ She married Reverend Edward Thomas Mortlock on 5 January 1888.¹
     From 23 April 1879, her married name became Rich.¹ From 5 January 1888, her married name became Mortlock.¹

     Reverend Edward Thomas Mortlock married Charlotte Mary Longcroft, daughter of Charles John Longcroft, on 5 January 1888.¹ He died on 24 May 1908.¹

     Charles Longcroft Rich was born on 1 November 1881.¹ He was the son of Reverend Charles Frederic Rich and Charlotte Mary Longcroft.¹ He died on 11 October 1883 at age 1.¹
