     Charles William Beauclerk was born on 7 May 1816.1 He was the son of Reverend Lord Frederick Beauclerk and Hon. Charlotte Dillon-Lee.1 He married Penelope Hulkes, daughter of Edward Hulkes, on 15 August 1844.1 He died on 23 May 1863 at age 47.1
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England.1 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1838 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Hampshire in 1844.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hampshire in 1844.1 He lived at Winchfield House, Hampshire, England.1
