     Lady Alicia Howard was the daughter of William Howard, 3rd Earl of Wicklow and Eleanor Caulfeild.1 She married William Bissett on 11 May 1830.1 She died on 8 May 1836.1
     From 11 May 1830, her married name became Bissett.1

     Lady Anne Jane Howard was the daughter of William Howard, 4th Earl of Wicklow and Lady Cecil Frances Hamilton.1 She married, firstly, Richard Bulkeley Philipps, 1st Baron Milford on 8 June 1854.1 She married, secondly, Thomas Joseph Eyre on 4 June 1861.1 She died on 20 June 1909.1
     From 8 June 1854, her married name became Philipps.1 From 4 June 1861, her married name became Eyre.1

Richard Bulkeley Philipps, 1st Baron Milford1

     Richard Bulkeley Philipps, 1st Baron Milford was born on 7 June 1801.1 He married Lady Anne Jane Howard, daughter of William Howard, 4th Earl of Wicklow and Lady Cecil Frances Hamilton, on 8 June 1854.1 He died on 3 January 1857 at age 55.1
     He was created 1st Baronet Philipps. He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Haverfordwest between 1824 and 1857. He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Haverfordwest between 1826 and 1835. He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Haverfordwest between 1837 and 1847. He was created 1st Baron Milford [U.K.] on 21 September 1847.

     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Wicklow.1
