     Kenneth Edwin Westman was born on 2 February 1907 at Glamorgan, Monmouthshire, WalesG.1 He was the son of James William Westman and Beatrice Branch. He married Jean Felicia Bedworth, daughter of Bertram James Davenport Bedworth and Edith Emily Dixon. He died on 30 July 1964 at age 57 at Kensington, London, England.1
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England. He was with the Secret Intelligence Service.2
