     George Samuel Knatchbull Young, Baron Young of Cookham was born on 16 July 1941.2 He is the son of Sir George Peregrine Young, 5th Bt. and Elisabeth Knatchbull-Hugessen.1 He married Aurelia Nemon, daughter of Oscar Nemon and Patrica Frances Mary Fieldeb Villiers-Stuart, on 11 July 1964.2
