     He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.1

     Helen Davies was the daughter of William Davies.1 She married Commander Edmund Edward Garth-Turnour, son of Reverend Edward John Garth-Turnour and Elizabeth Richardson, on 18 June 1845.1 She died on 4 March 1886.1
     From 18 June 1845, her married name became Garth-Turnour.1

     From 5 August 1880, her married name became Pidcock Henzell.1
