     Lord Maurice FitzGerald was born on 16 December 1852.2 He was the son of Charles William FitzGerald, 4th Duke of Leinster and Lady Caroline Leveson-Gower.1,2 He married Lady Adelaide Jane Frances Forbes, daughter of George Arthur Hastings Forbes, 7th Earl of Granard and Jane Colclough Morgan, on 13 April 1880.1 He died on 24 April 1901 at age 48.2
     Lord Maurice FitzGerald held the office of Custos Rotulorum of County Wexford.2 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of County Wexford.2 He gained the rank of officer in the service of the Royal Navy.2

     Dorothy Violet Charrington was the daughter of Spencer Calmeyer Charrington.1 She married, firstly, Captain Gerald Hugh FitzGerald, son of Lord Maurice FitzGerald and Lady Adelaide Jane Frances Forbes, on 5 August 1914.1 She married, secondly, Thomas William Jefferies, son of Thomas Jefferies, in September 1928.1 She died on 5 April 1974.1
     From 5 August 1914, her married name became FitzGerald. From September 1928, her married name became Jefferies.
