Thomas Heathcote Ouchterlony, 24th of Gynd was born circa 1841 at France.1 He was the son of Thomas Ouchterlony and Maria Frances Digby Heathcote.1 He married Mary Ann Wilmot on 6 February 1882 at The Royal Bavarian Chapel, Warwick Street, London, England.1 He died on 12 June 1922 at Carmylle, Forfarshire, Scotland.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Artillery.1

Thomas Heathcote Ouchterlony, 24th of Gynd and Mary Ann Wilmot.1 He married Constance Kathleen Gaisford Spackman, daughter of William Henry Spackman and Adelaide Margaret Fox, on 26 September 1908 at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Cadogan Street, Chelsea, London, England.1 He died on 7 June 1917 at Ypres, Belgium, killed in action.1
     He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, London, England.1 He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Engineers.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1 He fought in the First World War.1
