     Frances Wilkie Selby was born on 1 August 1790 at Paston, Northumberland, England.1 She was the daughter of Henry Collingwood Selby and Frances Wilkie.1 She married Reverend Charles Thorpe.1 She died on 21 April 1811 at age 20.1
     Her married name became Thorpe.1
